Overview
Dr. Yo-Cheng (Mark) Chang is the current President of Taiwan Electronic Health Association. He also serves as the Member of Board of Directors of Taiwan Association for Medical Informatics, and the Managing Partner of AiHPC Innovation Limited in Hong Kong. Dr. Chang obtains his doctoral degree in Bioinformatics from the University of Oxford. He has been working in biobank, biomedical data analytics and high-performance/cloud computing over 20 years among government, academia, industry, venture capital and startups. He is now dedicated to establishing a financially self-sustainable healthcare ecosystem from research innovations to clinical services.
