Dr. Lee is a senior medical information expert and currently serves as the deputy director of Smart Healthcare at Chunghwa Telecom. He is also a director of the Taiwan Medical Informatics Association and the Taiwan Electronic Health Association. And also serves as a member of the National Healthcare Quality Awards Review Committee (NHQA).
